Infinity Member Hold Request
As Infinity Members, you can request 2 suspensions on your membership per year. Suspensions ensure you keep your current rate at renewal times. Suspensions must be for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 4 months. All submissions will be processed within 7 days + confirmation emails sent when complete. Holds will not be processed retroactively. Holds can only be applied to accounts without outstanding balances, therefore balances will be collected during hold processing.
