Craft Vendor Application
On October 13, 2018 the historic Town of Phoebus will transform into a vibrant outdoor street festival featuring handmade arts and crafts, community exhibits, food trucks, live music and craft beer. Our growing hometown event is seeking high-quality vendors and craftsmen to display and sell their handmade products. Local artisans and crafts people are highly encouraged to apply.

CRAFT VENDOR INFORMATION
-Application deadline is September 17, 2018; applicants will be notified by email on or before September 21, 2018 of their acceptance.
-Accepted vendors will recieve an email link with online payment directions.
-Single booth space is 10'x10' and cost $50.00. Double booth space is 10'x20' and cost $100.00.
-Vendor fees must be paid by September 30, 2018.
-Booth sharing is not permitted.
-Each vendor is responsible for their own materials (Tables, chairs, tents, electricity and water are NOT provided.)
-Representatives, agents, dealers or brokers are not permitted.
-All applications are subject to a jury process; Phoebus Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.
-If the event is cancelled due to inclement or hazardous weather, no refund will be issued and no credit given to future events.
