This plan is ideal for agents planning to actively seek out buyers and sellers to work with and who intend on having three or more closings per year. This plan entitles agents to receive 100% commission with each and every transaction. Agents on this plan will find that EZ Choice Realty makes no deductions from their commission at any time. No broker split. No transaction fees. No E&O contributions*. The agent will receive 100% of the amount received.
Plan B is just $29 per month
This plan is perfect for agents that only look to receive one or two commission checks per year or licensees that are simply looking to maintain an active license with minimal costs. Agents on this plan will find that EZ Choice Realty will make a Broker Deduction equal to 10% of the commission received up to a maximum of $269 per transaction.
All agents on either plan will receive:

Optional Property Management “Add-On” Plan is just $20 per month
For just an additional $20 per month, agents that wish to provide Property Management services for clients may select this option. Agents on this plan will be asked to complete a brief one-on-one training and to review and sign a separate Property Management policy agreement to ensure they are up to speed on our office policies.
Optional Mentorship Program: (Select areas only)
This program is designed for new agents looking to establish a long term career in Real Estate, who which to receive “on the job training” from one of our office’s experienced and knowledgeable agents. By working together for a few transactions, Agents will be shown each step of the Real Estate process, from generating and cultivating leads all the way up to getting paid at closing.
New agents will meet with and interview one or more mentors and will be free to work out a schedule and can agreement for compesation split that works for both parties.
