• Menifee Pony Manager Rebate Request

    Rules/Details of the Manager Rebate Program are located on our website.  If you have any questions, please refer to that info page and then if still needing answers contact our Equipment Director. 

     

    DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM BEFORE YOU'VE RETURNED YOUR EQUIPMENT BAG, it will be disregarded. 

  • MANAGERS ONLY - Please include only your managing information. The Rebate Program does not apply to assistant coaches.  

  • FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 20 OF THE SPRING SEASON, OR DECEMBER 20 OF THE FALL SEASON, TO BE CONSIDERED

     

    IMPORTANT - READ AND COMPLETE ALL INFORMATION CORRECTLY

  • Check, Zelle or Registration Credit (next season ONLY)

    Select below whether you want to receive a rebate check or Zelle payment, or a credit towards your child's next season registration. A registration credit must be for the very next Menifee Pony season ONLY, not beyond that. A credit would only be as much as what you paid for the registration of your child's fees for the season you coached and are receiving the rebate for. To be credited, you must also have completed registration for that season (see options in red below) before completely this form or immediately after.

    This form must be completed WITHIN 20 DAYS OF END OF SEASON to use as credit towards the following season. Rebates by check payment will take approximately two weeks longer for us to get mailed out.

  • NOTE on the Credit for Next Season option.

    We can handle this one of two ways.  Either way though, YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER.  We cannot give you a credit until the registration is in the system, so just go with option #2 if you want that credit without having to make payment.  NOTE: If you have not already registered, or you're not doing it immediately (within minutes) after completing this form, you will need to email to playeragent@menifeepony.com to notifiy us once you do register. We do not continually go back to check to see if someone has registered yet or not.  

     

    1 - You can register and pay, then email our Player Agent (playeragent@menifeepony.com) and he will refund the amount of this credit to your CC (usually within a day, but sometimes a few days).  NOTE: if you do it this way, we are unable to refund the $3.00 payment processing fee our CC processer will charge you.  

    2 - You can register without paying (select the 'Pay By Check' option to complete checkout), email the Player Agent (playeragent@menifeepony.com) and he can apply your credit and then you can log back in to pay. 

  • Zelle accounts only use one for the primary contact info for your account. Is yours a phone number or email address? 

     

    IMPORTANT - Zelle email address or phone number must be on your website account page as either primary account holder or additional user.  We won't send money to any contact not on the account page with the coach.  


  • Rebate Requirements

    Some or all of your rebate may be withheld if you did meet certain requirements (all are explained on the info page).  Please check off from the list below what you have completed to help us speed up the verification process.  These requirements are not intended to save the league money, we are not going to nickle and dime you, but they are intended to encourage you to fulfill all of your obligations as a Menifee Pony manager.  We don't like to receive dirty equipment bags, we don't like to see teams not represented at our Opening/Closing Day Cermonies, etc.  Those types of things we will make deductions for if necessary.

     

    (*officially rostered coach can be sent to represent you at the Assessments, Drafts and Ceremonies)

  • Come back to this form AFTER Equipment Bag has been returned.  (you can save this form at the bottom)

  • After league approval, full or partial fee for child of manager will be returned to that manager. Rebate will be mailed (or sent by Zelle) within 45 days of approval. Some things (like not returning equipment bag in time) may delay processing. Limit one per manager, and child must be on same team as manager.

  • IMPORTANT - BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION AND ANSWERS ARE CORRECT!  

    If contact or other information is entered incorrectly this may affect how much rebate you get, how soon rebate is processed, or if rebate is processed at all.  MAKE SURE you enter information clearly and correctly.
