Manager Rebate Request
Rules/Details of the Manager Rebate Program are located on our website. If you have any questions, please refer to that info page and then if still needing answers contact our Equipment Director.
No rebate requests will be processed before equipment return day, and not before you have actually returned your equipment, and then they will usually get processed within a few weeks. If you don't submit your form within a month after the last game of the season we will still accept it but we will start deducting a $20/month "inconvenience fee".
MANAGERS ONLY - Please include only your managing information. The Rebate Program does not apply to assistant coaches.
