• Manager Rebate Request

    MUST BE SUBMITTED AT END OF SEASON, NO SOONER

    MANAGERS ONLY - Please include only your managing information. The Rebate Program does not apply to assistant coaches.

    • Equipment must be returned before rebate can be processed.  
    • Rebate form must be submitted within 30 days of last game before a late application fee of $20/month starts to apply.   
  • Check, Zelle or Registration Credit (good for 1 year)

    Your rebate can be by Zelle or registration credit (1 year to use). Rebate is for up-to $200 of regular registration fees not including any fundraisers or other fees paid during registration.  Any deductions made will be from that initial amount.  

  • NOTE on the 'Registration Credit' option.

    You must first register AND pay.  After that, once we process the rebate we will refund the rebate amount from those registration fees.

  • Rebate Requirements

    Some or all of your rebate may be withheld if you didn't meet certain requirements (all are explained on the info page).  

    (*officially rostered coach can be sent to represent you at the Assessments, Drafts and Ceremonies)

  • Rebate by Zelle will be sent within 30 days of submission but not before 30 days after final game of that season. Some things (like not returning equipment bag in time) may delay processing.

  • IMPORTANT - MAKE SURE ALL INFO IS CORRECT!  

    Incorrect info may affect rebate amount of processing time.
