A photo? Of me? Heck no!I have a non-descript picture buried at the bottom of my Home Page or just on my About pageI have a professional pix on my main page but I'm kinda stiffI have a few pretty cool photos but I didn't fully wear my style or express ME energy as much as I would have likedAt least 3 groovy, ME-being-awesome-ME pix all over my site!

I get a kick out of communicating with my list every week & blogging & making offers on a regular basis*

List? What list? Offers? Hear the sound of quaking in my boots!I feel like I’m bugging my list, so I try not to send too many emails. I feel like a used car salesman when I try to make an offer.My emails are works of art, but they take forever! I prefer to write only when I"m inspired, but sometimes I go for several weeks or months without emailing. I try to make only 2 offers a year- don't want to turn my peeps off.I get the value of consistency but writing each week, often feels forced. I'm learning to see offers as loving gifts but sometimes I get a little squeamish when I make 'too many' offers.I LOVE sharing my shtick with my peeps (and I can do it quickly!!) and often do it a few times a week! I like to have FUN and be creative with my offers!

I absolutely need to chill every day to recharge my courage muscles to be able to fully express myself authentically & vulnerably*

Self care is for wusses! Share 'vulnerably'??? You've got to be joking!!!I know I should rest when I'm exhausted, but I find it hard to trust that all will be OK if I don't handle things immediately. Vulnerability? That's entrepreneurial suicide!I get massages and mani-pedis on a regular basis. Vulnerability? Meh.I get the self-care thing, but I still push too much at times. Starting to really get how powerful it is for my peeps when I share openly about how I'm overcoming similar challenges they face.I KNOW that luxuriating and doing things that float my boat a couple times a day is good for biz! I like keepin' it real and sharing my mistakes and fears.

I am in my genius when I coach my ideal clients*

I'm comfortable doing readings and healing work. I don't feel ready/experienced enough to coach.I'd like to feel more confident about my special blend of magic when I coach my clients.I feel pretty good about my coaching skills but have a hard time getting clients.I feel confident that I can create transformation and tangible results yet I sometimes fear my clients won't feel the results are tangible enough.I totally rock my sessions with my tribe and love sharing my unique concoction of magic & transformation with them!

I feel it's ESSENTIAL to share all sides of myself in my marketing: strategic biz and spontaneous non-biz selfies & photos on Facebook (or other social media)*

I think it's unprofessional and/or risky to share personally in my businessI feel like people will think I'm trying to get attention, that it's bragging and childish.I share the occasional selfie once in a blue moonI am definitely expanding my ability to mix it up l but I sometimes feel like it's easier/better to share biz stuff onlyYep! That's me to a Tee!

Video? Facebook Live? Are you kidding me? I'm a videophobe: video freaks me out! Or video is way too techy for me!I'm waiting to get better equipment so my videos look professionalI've made some videos...but I hate the way I look/ or it's hard to keep showing upI've used video to launch a program, a Facebook Live here and there, haven't found my vlog vibe yetI love being MOI on video & Facebook Live and Green Screen! I whip out my phone and make spur-of-the-moment, quick videos when I"m 'out and about' or in my homestudio!

I take time to consciously retreat behind my Cloak of Invisibility after a big Visibility splash*

Forget the splash! I prefer to hide behind my laptop all the time!I collapse and hide behind my Cloak of Invisibility for months at a time after I've launched or put myself out there in a big wayI am getting better but occasionally, I beat myself up when I hide behind my Cloak of InvisibilityI am gentle with myself and take good care of myself after visibility splashes and am slowly learning how to shorten these Cloak of Invisibility retreats.My recovery/Cloak of Invisibility retreat time is getting faster and faster as I get the support of a Visibility Mentor which empowers me to keep expanding my business and make more Visibility splashes!

I adore going 'Aphrodite' or sportin' my unique style when I hit networking events or make my videos! (Men- imagine the male equivalent for upleveling your image!)*

I keep a low profile in the appearance dept. I'm not so cozy getting attention for how I lookI'm much more of an Artemis gal, but I really try to rise to the occasion and wear a little eyeliner and earrings--it's kinda challengingI like to dress up and look professional but I rarely wear dresses or show my curvesI can go Aphrodite/ sport my style but I sometimes worry that other women will think I'm trying to get attention...I embrace my Aphrodite/ sport my style unabashedly in my biz & love radiating my inner and outer beauty

I love talking about my niche-what I do- whenever I am 'out and about,' at a networking thang or in my videos!*

I cringe when people ask me what I do. What's a niche?I feel way more comfy talking about the modalities I useI'm pretty good at sharing what I do, but it doesn't sound as exciting as I'd likeI love my niche but I often forget to kibbitz with people about what I do when I'm 'out and about'I love chatting it up about what I do wherever I am and get clients easily this way!

I totally rock Facebook– commenting & giving encouraging feedback on my colleagues' and strangers' posts in FB groups and beyond.*

I am more of a lurker on FB... I find it easier to watch what other's are doing... I find it hard to comment.I get exhausted just thinking about participating in FB groups, even in paid programs that I'm in... the chaos and energy of everyone posting often overwhelms me. I am inconsistent but I do post at times.I post in spurts but I'm resistant to committing to any kind of consistent posting in groups- not convinced it's the best use of my time.I often go on posting rampages and sometimes prone to disappearing acts but I do feel Facebook is a great way to 'network' and post more often than not!!yep! I dig posting in groups that I really resonate with & love cheerleading & connecting with people and sharing my wisdom and I've gotten clients this way!
