I grant permission to Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals, hereinafter known as the “MCACN” to publish a link to my work product (photographs and/or video, online publications, scans of hard copies of publications etc) for use in our Media publications including:

I am 20 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

We will notify you within 7-10 days you if you are accepted or if you are denied for Media Credentials.

If you are accepted you will get a letter by mail in October 2026 with maps and directions and instructions

IF YOU APPLY AFTER NOV 4, we cannot guarantee credentials for the 2026 Show

We get hundreds of requests for Media Credentials. We reserve the right to grant credentials to those individuals or organizations that publish or broadcast in ways that reach an adequate quantity of people to impact the MCACN effort to publicize the show. If you are an individual blogger, or Facebook poster, or have a personal podcast or have a website with minimal levels of traffic etc, we reserve the right to deny you Media Credentials.

If you are granted Media Credentials, this DOES NOT include entry for your friends or relatives. You MUST provide names of all that need passes (For video crews ONLY- ALL others will get ONE PASS) and no additional passes will be distributed at the show. Please indicate the number of needed passes for review and Bob will approve or disapprove. If approved, please provide names for the additional passes. Keep in mind that NO PASSES WILL BE ISSUED AT THE SHOW. MCACN reserves the right to determine your eligibility for passes and in the case of Video Crews, we reserve the right to limit the number of crew members that receive passes.

24 hour credentials ARE NOT given to all Media. Due to security/insurance concerns, we reserve the right to determine who will get a 24 hour pass. These are reserved for members of the Media we know personally and that have earned a reputation as Media Personnel who produce great Media for the show. These will never be granted to new Media persons, and may never be granted to even long time members of the Media if we cannot vouch for them in terms of security/work product.
