I understand and am aware that the use of water skis, trick skis, jump skis and bindings are HAZARDOUS activities. I understand that water sports and the use of D3 Custom Skis – waters skis, trick skis, jump skis and bindings involves a risk of injury to any and all parts of my body. I HEREBY AGREE TO FREELY AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH TO THE USER OF THIS EQUIPMENT.
