15% off each additional sibling's base camp rate

$32/hr additional for a one-on-one Support Worker or Accademic Tutoring with an experiemces EA (3:00-5:30). At an intake meeting we can discuss the number of support hours needed to best assist in providing a successful experience for your child.

$5-$15 Additional cost each Wednesday for the Out Trip Costs and bus tickets. If you have an Access2Entertainment Card these costs will be less.

We ask that families with Autism Funding or Respite Funding consider allocating these funds towards your child's support needs. We try to keep our costs as low as possible and our staffing ratio as high as possible. Additional funding for support workers is how we achieve our incredibly supportive and engaging environment while charging less than a daycare or community daycamp.

Once an intake meeting is complete, families will be invoiced for a deposit of $50 for each week of camp. Payments can be paid by cash, cheque or online with Visa, Amex or Mastercard. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of camp funds is due June 15th for July Camps and July 15th for August camps. After this point, camps are also non-refundable. We are excited to provide an amazing summer experience at affordable prices.

*Please Note: Online registration to Evelate's Summer Experience does not guarantee a placement. Staff members will call within a week of your online registration to discuss your child's placement in our program. We do our best to ensure that every child who would like to participate has a placement. However, with our small class sizes and the reality of facility and staffing capacity, applicants will be placed on a waitlist when camps are full.
