- Last date to register your rides is 14^th May, 2016.
- All vehicles must move in by 3:00 p.m on day of show within the showground.
- Cars not part of auto show shall be parked at other designated parking places.
- RCCI management and organizers will not be responsible in case of any unfortunate event.
- Spectators will not be allowed to sit in participant's vehicles.
- Certificate distribution ceremony will comense at 7:00 p.m.
- Rights of admission are reserved and prior permission/registration is mandatory.
