• Indonesia Mengglobal Mentee Application Form 2018

  • The mentorship program is only open for applicants who will apply to school in the year 2018/2019 and will start school in 2018 or 2019. Selected mentees must submit an application to at least one school. If you are still not sure whether you will apply to school in 2018/2019, do not apply to this program.

    To submit the application, you need to insert a resume in English in text only format, and input a short essay based on the prompts at the end of this form. All of your answers will remain confidential. Once submitted, the application can not be edited. Application wil be received until 17 June 2016, 20.00 WIB, and selected mentees will be announced by 8 July 2016.

    If selected, you will be asked for documentation to support the data you provide. Likewise, all correspondence will be generated from the personal information submitted below. So, please use proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation.

  • All applicants will be evaluated on the basis of academic merits, extracurricular and professional achievements, leadership potentials, fit to the programs applied, and indicated commitment to the mentorship program.

  • The mentorship program will require time commitment of at least five hours per week for the period between July to September 2016. Will you be committed to allocate the required time and work on all the assignments of the program?*

  • Most communication throughout the mentorship program will take place over emails, Skype sessions, or phonecalls. Are you committed to prepare technical arrangements to enable such communications, including to pay for your own communication expenses?*
  • Most communication throughout the mentorship program will be in English. Are you comfortable in using English verbally and in writing throughout the program?*
  • School application is a personal process, and we respect the rights of privacy of the selected mentees regarding their application. If you are selected, are you willing to maintain the anonimity of other selected mentees throughout and after the program?*
  • Upon completion of the mentorship program, we would share school admission results to the public and ask each mentee to provide a testimony on their experience with Indonesia Mengglobal Mentorship program. If you are selected, are you willing to share your name and testimonial for publication in Indonesia Mengglobal's articles or social media channels?*
  • School and scholarship applications can be costly to some. Will you need any financial assistance (outside of the scholarship fund you are applying for) to support your application? Eg. for IELTS/TOEFL test, GRE, SAT, or other costs associated. If yes, please specify in the column provided below*
