Indonesia Mengglobal Mentee Application Form 2018

The mentorship program is only open for applicants who will apply to school in the year 2018/2019 and will start school in 2018 or 2019. Selected mentees must submit an application to at least one school. If you are still not sure whether you will apply to school in 2018/2019, do not apply to this program.

To submit the application, you need to insert a resume in English in text only format, and input a short essay based on the prompts at the end of this form. All of your answers will remain confidential. Once submitted, the application can not be edited. Application wil be received until 17 June 2016, 20.00 WIB, and selected mentees will be announced by 8 July 2016.

If selected, you will be asked for documentation to support the data you provide. Likewise, all correspondence will be generated from the personal information submitted below. So, please use proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation.
