  • Dear Crafter,

         We would like to invite you to participate in our Craft Fair as part of the Edison Park Fest. The Edison Park Fest includes live entertainment, food vendors, a beer garden, business expo and many family activities. We have attracted crowds up to 25,000 people for the two days and it has proven to be very profitable for all our participants.

         This year we have a limited number of spaces available and are hoping to fill those spaces with a variety of exciting and unique hand made items. Because space is limited, applications will be chosen for originality and quality. Applications must include photos and a detailed description of your crafts. Checks will not be cashed until your application is accepted and will be returned if not accepted and will be returned if not accepted.

         Spaces are located outside in the Edison Park Fest Grounds and are approximately 10 feet long. You must supply your own tables, tents and chairs. We strongly recommend the use of a tent. You will also be responsible for putting up, taking down, and cleaning up your booth area each day.

    Your space assignment and loading/parking information will be provided on the day of the event and will remain the same throughout the festival.

    Your setup time will be emailed to you, along with additional setup and parking information, on or before August 15, 2026. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

    There is no rain date, and refunds will not be issued.

    (this covers your booth space and City of Chicago license fee),

    IMPORTANT: Per the City of Chicago- Business Affairs Consumer Protection, a Pop-Up Retail License is issued to any organizer of a short-term trade show, exhibition, event etc. taking place in the City of Chicago where there will be vendors selling merchandise or providing services. Vendor fee $25 

    PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE AT LEAST 2 PHOTOS OF YOUR WORK.
    If you would like your photos returned, please enclose a self addressed stamped envelope. All other photos will be kept on file for next year. All works must be original, hand crafted items made by you, not imported.


    IF YOU COME WITH PURCHASED ITEMS OR ITEMS NOT ON YOUR APPLICATION, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR BOOTH. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
