The Agency Vanguard Awards recognize and celebrate the visionary agency executives who are leading the charge in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing. This award shines a spotlight on those whose strategic brilliance, creative innovation, and leadership have propelled their agencies and clients to new heights. These individuals not only excel in delivering impactful DTC campaigns, but also inspire the industry with their forward-thinking approaches and commitment to excellence.
Agency executives are selected based on actual accomplishments, influence on future consumer launches or campaigns, and / or recognized contributions and service to patients as well as their respective marketing industries.
There is no fee for nomination entry. You may nominate as many individuals from agencies as you would like.

Eligibility:
- This award is for elite marketers from advertising agencies only.
- Nominees should have a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Nominees may be from any agency sector, including but not limited to: creative, media planning, buying, branding, strategy, etc.
- Nominees may work across any media channel(s).
- Attendance of the awards ceremony will be required (April 22, 2025 at the Westin Copley Place in Boston).
Criteria:
- Impact: The nominee's efforts should have led to measurable business growth, such as increased revenue, customer acquisition, retention, or brand visibility. The impact should be supported by data or case studies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: The nominee should demonstrate a deep understanding of the target audience, delivering personalized, relevant, and engaging customer experiences.
- Innovation: The nominee should have introduced or executed innovative strategies or tactics in DTC marketing that have set new standards within their company or the industry or opened new market opportunities.
- Leadership: The nominee should exhibit leadership qualities, including guiding teams, mentoring others, and / or contributing to the broader marketing community.
Nomination Letter Recommendations:
- Summary of Achievements: Provide an overview of the nominee’s key achievements in DTC marketing, focusing on the criteria mentioned above.
- Specific Examples: Include specific examples or case studies demonstrating how the nominee's work has made a significant impact to patients or the DTC industry. This could include metrics, customer testimonials, or unique strategies employed.
- Personal Qualities: Where appropriate, describe the nominee’s personal qualities, such as leadership, creativity, and commitment to ethical practices.
- Supporting Evidence: You may provide any supporting documents, such as campaign results, testimonials, or industry recognition, that strengthen the nomination.
