AGREEMENT BETWEEN MODEL AND PHOTOGRAPHER

I grant to the photographer, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property as deemed fit by the photographer. I authorize the photographer, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that the photographer may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose,including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

All parties understand and agree to all that is above. Client(s) agree(s) to only sign if they have read and agreed to the terms of service in this contract and they believe all information is deemed correct to the best of their knowledge.
