The Lucky Pet LLC reserves the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason. If your dog arrives to us with fleas, they will receive flea treatment at your expense. In tact, female dogs that are in their heat cycle will need to be rescheduled to when they are no longer in season. Drop off and pick up times are flexible but a fee may be charged for after hour drop off and pick up requests. All dogs must be current on vaccinations at the time of their appointment to receive service. All reservation requests are tentative and must be approved. You will receive confirmatoin once your reservation request has been approved. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly at 225-253-6656.
