A minimum of one letter is required from a professor or academic advisor confirming your student-led organization's past activities and accomplishments. Your organization may address the letter to "L. Austin Weeks Selection Committee Members."
If your professor/advisor would rather send their endorsement letter directly to the AAPG Foundation, please instruct them to send it to: AAPG-F Programs Coordinator at email: email@example.com, or fax to: AAPG Foundation, Attn: Programs Team, (918) 560-2694.
Note: All endorsement letters are due by 11:59 PM (CDT) on 18 April 2017. Following that date, applications submitted without at least one endorsement letter will NOT be considered.
