2) You must email a photo of the waist buckles on your carrier to hello@twingocarrier.com

Remedy Kits will not ship unless Step 1 & Step 2 are complete. Kits ship within 2 weeks of completing both steps. If you need expedited assistance AFTER submitting your information, please email hello@twingocarrier.com
