    Based on the information provided, this order appears to have been purchased through Wayfair. Since Wayfair is the retailer of record, the complaint or claim must be submitted through Wayfair’s official support channels so it can be properly documented and tracked.

    Please follow Wayfair’s support procedure below:

    1. Log into your Wayfair account.
    2. Click the Account icon.
    3. Go to My Orders.
    4. Select the affected order/item.

    Use the available option to report the issue or request help.

    Upload clear photos/videos showing the full item, the specific issue, packaging if available, and any product label/model details.

    If the order page option is unavailable, please use Wayfair’s online chat (on the Wayfair website) or the Help Center / Customer Service section on Wayfair’s website for the most current support options.


    Messages submitted through Wayfair’s Support Center are routed through Wayfair’s system, which helps ensure the issue is formally documented and handled according to their process.

    We are not dismissing your concern. Once Wayfair opens the claim and contacts us, we will support the review from our side and provide any manufacturer-related support needed.
