Terms and Conditions
All payments made are subject to the Applicable Terms and Conditions. For payments toward balances in connection with Erudite Nursing Institute® by Medical Career Specialists®, the following Terms apply:
All application and enrollment fees are non-refundable. REFUND POLICY: At the time of enrollment, Student is pre-registered for national licensure examination, and funds are allocated toward technology fees applicable to Coursework delivery and completion, necessary insurance policies and liability documentation, course content materials, Clinicals arrangement and completion (where applicable), and other supplies and services that must be obtained in Student’s behalf; educator fees are dispensed, and all other applicants are denied the former vacancy claimed by Student based upon the good faith intentions of Student to complete their program of enrollment. For these reasons, ALL PAYMENTS MADE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE FINAL AND STUDENT IS NOT ENTITLED TO REFUNDS OF ANY AMOUNT FOR ANY MONIES PAID PURSUANT THIS AGREEMENT. In the event that monies not owing pursuant this Agreement are submitted in error –or- special/extenuating circumstances occur (as determined at the sole discretion of the Dean of Students), a Refund Request may be submitted in accordance with the Refund Policy. For payments toward balances in connection with Medical Career Specialists'® MedProPronto®, MedCertPro®, and all other products and services offered by Medical Career Specialists® (MCS), the following Terms apply:
If Student/Customer is not certain that he/she would like to complete a given program or partake of Product (allied healthcare training programs; clinicals, externships, and preceptorship placements and/or other staffing-related services) then Student/Customer should not complete registration and enrollment -or- execute any other applicable (legally binding contractual agreement) to receive the said Product and/or other MCS Services. MCS is unable to retrieve monies paid toward the acquisition of sterile medical supplies, payments to instructors and other program administrators for their services, materials, books, study manuals, and other resources sought on behalf of Student/Customer, to be purchased and paid by MCS on behalf of the same, with the mutual understanding of said person’s good faith promise and intent to follow through with the full satisfaction of the respective Agreement in accordance with all of the stipulations, terms, and conditions thereof.
