    **This form is an APPLICATION for Vendor Space during the 2016 DESTINY EMPOWERMENT SEMINAR  being held at The Lighthouse Church Of Houston. This form is subject to approval. 

    All fees of any sort must be paid in advance at least two weeks prior to the event. All vendors must affix appropriate signage to clearly identify their organization to the public. Vendors are required to exhibit professional, courteous, and respectful behavior at all times. Failure to do so will constitute grounds for immediate removal as a vendor and termination of the agremeent without reimbursement of fees. ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

    All vendors must complete the attached form and await approval before proceeding.

    Once your form has been approved you will be contacted to complete payment .

  • Vendor Set-up time is 7:30- 9:00 AM - on October 21, 2016 .

    All Set-Up Must Be Completed By 9:15 AM  on October 21, 2016 !

    Doors Open at 10:00 AM for all Guests- October 21.

    Doors Open at 8:AM for all Guest - October 22.

    Vendor  removal time is 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM - Saturday-October 22.

    Each Vendor  is responsible for their set-up and take-down following the event, starting at 1:30 PM.

    The Lighthouse Church will provide: one Covered 6 ft Table & Free Wi-fi.

    A MAXIMUM OF 3 PEOPLE WILL BE PERMITTED PER EACH VENDOR SPACE.
