Please fill out the following fields which describe what you are selling. The following fields MUST be filled.
Please attach photographs which will give us a good idea of the merchandise you will be selling. Please DO NOT upload more than 2 pictures. If you wish to send more you can do so via email. Note that all information must be received no later than July 31st.
We ask that ALL Vendors make a merchandise or gift certificate donation for a Raffle benefitting the Plano West Band Boosters. Donations will be collected at Vendor Check-in on Friday evening, November 4, 2016.
