CUSTOMER: You will be charged on the 1st of each month until all payments have been made. Also, tuition is not prorated for months with differing number of classes. Tuition is the same cost each month, even for months with additional classes.
DECLINED CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: If your credit or debit card is declined, you must provide us with another valid credit or debit card as soon as you are aware of that, or if we notify you that the information we have is no longer valid. If for any reason, you are late paying any amounts, your credit/debit card will be charged anytime to cure such default. If we sustain a charge due to your credit card decline, you will be charged a $30 fee.
LATE FEE: If a payment is late, you will be charged a late fee of $20 per week that charges are late.This includes declined credit card charges. *PLEASE BE AWARE, THESE LATE FEES ARE ENFORCED!
AGREEMENT TO PAY: I understand that in order for my child (children) to receive lessons, my account must be current. If my account is not current, lessons may be discontinued until after my account becomes current.
