  - Class A CDL & 21 years or older
  - 2 year verifiable over-the-road tractor-trailer experience OR less than 12 months' experience and willing to participate in training program
  - Be able to successfully complete a DOT urine drug screen, hair follicle drug screen
  - Have current DOT physical or able to pass a new physical
  - Be able to successfully pass a Mast Trucking pre-trip inspection and road test
  - Must possess a good track record of on-time deliveries and reliability
  - No DUI, DWI, or OVI violations within 5 years
  - No more than 1 instance of a moving violation or preventable accident in any 12-month period
  - No more than 2 combined instances of moving violations, including no more than one preventable accident in any 36-month period
