NOTES:
Application requires $350 pre-deposit. When you click "Submit" you will be re-directed to PayPal. We will not receive your application until you complete the PayPal payment. This pre-deposit secures your position in the workshop and goes towards the full cost of the worksop if you are accepted. If your application is not accepted this year the pre-deposit amount of $350 will be fully refunded by November 15, 2016. If the workshop itself is cancelled by the facilitators for any reason your pre-deposit amount will be refunded in full immediately.
