Position Summary:
Provide efficient, courteous and quality service to guests according to company and brand standards and procedures. Front desk responsibilities to include greeting guests, performing guest transactions, answering the telephone, processing individual reservations, balancing credit card and cash transactions, and taking accurate messages for guests and management.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has at 1 year of Hotel Front Desk experience. Must possess basic computer skills. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted, be on feet for long periods of time, and be able to work any day of the week.
**This position is full time and requires a flexible schedule, including 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend availability.
