By completing and submitting this form, you give consent to the CPPC to collect your personal information in order to communicate with you, process your conference registration, process any necessary payment and/or make other arrangements with third party service providers pertaining to your participation in CPPC Forum.
Registration fees include access to all conference sessions, breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, receptions and banquet.
Please not that registration for both Pre-Forum Seminars is now closed as we have reached the maximum participants by seminar.
One-day registration includes same as full registration for selected day with the exception of the banquet.

Refunds and Cancellations
A full refund of your registration fees, less a $100 administration charge, will be processed upon receipt of written cancellation notice. Changes/cancellations will NOT be accepted by telephone. Please email any changes/cancellations to Registration@UnconventionalPlanning.com. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 17, 2018.
