Pre Promotion Saturday, November 25th 5pm -8pm distributing flyers at Glendale Glitters.
Event Set-up 7:30 AM - 1 PM (15 needed) Assist with set up of the post celebration area and staging areas. Please be prepared to do some heavy lifting.
Parade Marshal 8:00 AM - 1 PM (15 needed) (Must be 18 years or older) Parade Marshals are important to the flow of the parade they march with the parade entries to help manage the flow. These volunteers must be friendly and courteous but also firm and outgoing.
Parade Staging 8 AM - 12 PM Staging area volunteers help parade entries locate where they should be in the staging area, assist with the flow of the parade start and follow behind the parade to assist with clean-up.
Route Volunteer 9 AM - 1 PM Route volunteers are located along the parade route and they hand out programs, make sure spectators do not go out into the parade route, and assist with the flow of the parade.
Destaging Area 8 AM - 2 PM Destaging volunteers assist at the end of the parade to help parade entries locate where to park. In this area it is important to keep the traffic flowing into the parking areas.
Tear-Down 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM Assist at the end of the event with tear down, clean up and loading event supplies. Please be prepared to do some heavy lifting.
