This contract agreement is between the client listed above and ADS Photography.
ADS Photography reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Clients refusing to adhere to this contract will have no access to finished images.

{Copyright Information}
If you wish to print images, you must purchase the Digital Images with a Print Release from ADS Photography. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or at any other photo processing site, downloading from our website or Facebook, using images as a screensaver or desktop background, uploading images to websites including Facebook, putting images on photo products, making your own announcements/invitations, etc. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. ADS Photography is a member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and retains legal representation to handle any copyright infringement crimes carried out by any person in violation of ADS Photography’s legal Copyright. ADS Photography reserves the right to use any image for display, publication, or other purposes. ADS Photography retains all Copyrights to all images. You may purchase printing rights. {Session Fees & Booking Sessions}
If payment is not received within 24 hours of invoice issuance, your session date may be purchased by another client willing to make a speedy purchase. Invoice will automatically be cancelled after 1 week. Session fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled session with a 48-hour cancellation notice. The session fee will be forfeited if a session is cancelled without rescheduling. No-shows will not be refunded, nor will they be rescheduled. A client arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show. The session will be cancelled and the client will forfeit the paid session fee to ADS Photography. Once a session is purchased, it must be booked within one year of purchase date, otherwise new current pricing will be applied before session may be booked.

{Photography Rendering & Delivery}
Purchased Digital Images may be downloaded from the Viewing Gallery. Images will be ready for viewing within 3 weeks after your session. While we do capture many images during your session, you will see only those edited images selected by the photographer to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. All other images will not be shown and are removed from our archives permanently. Viewing galleries are available for downloading for only 2 weeks. After that, a $25 gallery fee will be charged to reopen the gallery for viewing. This online storage fee cannot be waived for any reason.

{Print Orders}
Professional Prints are available. Contact Amber to place your order. Please allow 2 weeks for your print order to be completed after payment has been made in full. Specialty items may take longer for shipping. You will be notified by telephone or email when your order is ready for pickup. Print orders will not be mailed; no exceptions. If the print order is not picked up within 30 days of client notification by photographer, prints will be discarded by ADS Photography. Prints may be reordered at Full Price cost to the client. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. A 6.75% sales tax will be added to your order. All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of this work, all sales are final. No substitutions, exchanges or refunds are available after placing your order. Replacement will only be given in the case of damage caused by the studio. Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice: Prices are guaranteed for a period of 30 days following the date of the portrait session. Orders after that date will be priced at current pricing.

{Client Conduct}
You may not use your own camera/phone to take pictures during the session. If you or another person in your party takes pictures, the session will end immediately and the session fee will be forfeited to Amber without any photographic rendering of images. Be respectful of the photographer’s time and energy setting up a pose and allow her to take the pictures.
Clients are solely responsible for the behavior and actions of their children. Sessions may not be rescheduled due to children being uncooperative or unwilling to pose for pictures. ADS Photography will do everything possible to engage children in the posing process, however the photographer is not responsible for lack of rendered images due to uncooperative subjects.
A client missing a session or arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. In this event, the session will be cancelled and the session fee will be forfeited by the client.

I understand that ADS Photography legally owns all images captured during my session. I understand that ADS Photography may use the images created during my portrait session for professional purposes. These may include, but are not limited to, using images for her portfolio, website, advertising, display, contests and peer review. I am at least 18 years of age and am either the portrait subject or the portrait subject’s parent or legal guardian and have the right to sign for the use of his/her images. I have read the policies listed above, and I agree to abide by all policies. I understand that it is illegal for me to copy any images from www.ADS-Photography.com. I understand that it is illegal for me to upload any copied, downloaded, or screenshot images to Facebook or other social media without ADS Photogaphy permission. I understand that to use ADS Photography images online, I must first purchase a print/digital release for the digtal images. I understand that my failure to adhere to this contract revokes any rights I have to finished images and/or monetary refunds.

ADS Photography will review your booking request and contact you via email with approval of session request or information reguarding necessary changes. Upon booking approval, ADS Photography will issue you an online invoice. Once payment is received, your session will be booked. Approved session dates are only guaranteed for 24 hours following issuance of payment invoice.
