• ADD, CHANGE OR DELETE MANAGER ACCESS

  • Use this form to add, change or delete a Manager from having access. This will also be where you can request for them to have a Mr. Pickles email address.

    This form will be submitted to your Field Rep for approval.

    Managers will be required to pass the Managers Test on the Franchisee Portal. 
    General Managers will be required to pass the MPU Test. 
    All Managers must take the Supervisory Harassment Course, Employees must take the Non-Supervisory Harassment Course, if you promote an employee to Manager, they must take the Supervisory Harassment Course.

    A Mr. Pickle's support email address for your shop will be assigned.  We will send you a copy of the email address and password once it has been created.

    This email address can be used by multiple managers for each shop. 

    Please ensure that your Manager is using the support email when corresponding with customers.  This email should be used in any communications with MPFS.
