Talent Release

The festival committee would like to capture photos, video and other information about entrants at the festival for posting on the website and/or facebook page as we start to gather up a visual record of the Society history and the vocal festival each year.

Before we will post anything online, we would like to have your written consent. Because the festival involves children, we would like to solicit parental/caregiver consent for any competitor under the age of 16 years.

Your typed name entered in the Signature box below will hold the same status as if it were a hand-written signature.

I authorise the Green Island Competitions Society Inc to use my photograph, video images, name and/or profile for use on our website and/or Facebook page, promotional and similar purposes pertaining to the Society.  The Society shall be the exclusive owner of all photographs, video and text, including copyright therein, and I acknowledge that I am not entitled to payment or any other compensation for the use of such material.

The Society will always endeavour to give me the opportunity to view any materials produced by the Society for my viewing before they are posted online, but cannot guarantee to do so in all cases. I understand that I have the right to have the Society cease using my image(s) and information at any time by submitting an email to greenislandcomps@gmail.com
