Thank you for your interest in Student Affairs 101! You may use this form to register individually or as a group.
Please enter the following information for each attendee: first and last name, preferred pronouns, institution name, email address, phone number, current role (student, faculty, etc.), lunch option choice, and any accommodations you may need.
Lunch boxes will be served during our keynote presentation. Sandwich or wrap boxes include baked or regular chips, an apple, dessert and a drink. Salad boxes include a dinner roll, an apple, dessert, and a drink.

New this year is an option to sponsor a student. If you'd like to cover the cost of registration for an undergraduate or graduate student, please add that option below. We will reach out to our network to provide funds for students in need. Any unused funds will be used to support the event. If you are unable to attend the conference but still want to sponsor a student, enter 0 in the "How many attendees are you registering?" section.
