    To ensure we can provide consistent service to all of our clients, we only accept regular clients who book at least one walk per week (Monday - Friday from 10 am - 4:30 pm). We cannot accept part-time clients (this includes vacation care) because it would disrupt the guaranteed time slots of our regular clients. We cannot guarantee the gender of the walker that will be assigned to walk your dog(s).

    We understand that a consistent routine is important for your pet's well-being. That's why Windy City Dog Walkers assigns the same dog walker for every walk, and we never group walk with other pets. This policy requires us to maintain a set schedule for our walkers.

    • To ensure we can provide consistent service to all our clients, we can only accommodate regular clients who book at least one walk per week (Monday - Friday from 10 am - 4:30 pm).
    • We cannot accept part-time clients because it would disrupt the guaranteed time slots of our regular clients.
    • We offer walks in the evenings and on weekends, as well as vacation care, for our regular clients.
    • New clients can book vacation care after 30 days of regular walking service. This allows your dog and their walker to get to know each other first.
