* A registration fee of $35.00 per car for ADSC members and $45.00 per car for non-members is required. The fee includes admission for you and one (1) guest. (Note: You will not receive physical tickets. Your car is your ticket.) You may purchase additional tickets for additional guests at the member price ($45.00).
* Applications must be filled out completely and include a color photo to be approved. If your auto was approved in prior years, you DO NOT need to provide a photo.
* All vehicles must be pre-approved - NO SUBSTITUTIONS. If your vehicle is not approved, we will refund your fee.
* Spaces are pre-assigned for all vehicles. Please let us know the car owner's name if you wish to be located next to another auto. No guarantees on spaces.
* All vehicles placed on the field are required to have fire extinguishers!
* Entry time is 9:30 AM to Noon - NO EXCEPTIONS
* All vehicles must be circa 1919-1942. All vehicles must be authentic and original. No reproductions or customized vehicles will be allowed on the grounds, including altered tires, wheels, suspensions. We reserve the right to reject cars at the gate if they are not in compliance.
* Everyone in your party must have tickets and be in period costume by 12:30 PM.
