The Training Contract
A Furry Tail Come True and/or A Furry Tail Come True Too and/or any of its employees, and/or volunteerswill endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training and boarding care of your dog(s) identified above (the “Dog”), and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training, care, and post-¬boarding training instructions. Owner agrees, however, that all animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviors and that A Furry Tail Come True and/or A Furry Tail Come True Too and/or any of its employees, and/or volunteers will not be liable for the actions of your dog that are outside of the control of A Furry Tail Come True and/or A Furry Tail Come True Too and/or any of its employees, and/or volunteers. Owner agrees that the recommendation by A Furry Tail Come True and/or A Furry Tail Come True Too and/or any of its employees, and/or volunteers of any product or service is not a guarantee of performance or Owner’s satisfaction with that product or service. Owner fully understands the tools and techniques that are used to train and modify the behavior of your dog and agrees to the common tools and expanded techniques which include different types of collars, clickers, compressed air, water spray bottles, slight touches, and other tools.We believe in positive reinforcement, however in extreme cases we use some other types of positive training.
