All applicants must review the Reseller’s Agreement to the Hammer Nutrition Europe Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price Policy. By signing below, the undersigned Reseller represents that the Reseller has reviewed the Hammer Nutrition Europe Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price Policy and agrees to abide by its terms as presently in effect and as may be amended from time to time. Reseller acknowledges and agrees that Hammer Nutrition Europe shall, in its sole discretion, have the right to terminate this agreement and cease to supply Hammer Nutrition Europe products upon sixty (60) days written notice and that Hammer Nutrition Europe shall have the right to modify its Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price Policy upon thirty (30) days written notice.
