    3. Does FCS currently have a digital resource that will address this need? 

    4.  Does the product have multiple theories or a single strong theory backed by a deep and relevant research base and does the theory inform both design and instructional strategies?

    5.  Is the content device agnostic and available anytime / anywhere? *If the answer to this question is NO, do not proceed with evaluation. Select a different resource.

    Program administers diagnostic test to assess where breakdown in knowledge occurred; gives student new lesson that presents material in a different way or there is a live tutor available to answer student questions. Adaptive diagnostic test covers multiple grade levels and creates a custom play list of lessons based on gaps in student knowledge, content continues to adjust the content based on every interaction the student has with the program (every mouse click, quiz, and lesson), takes student preference into account.
