Payment Information and Policies
Beyond Sustainability: A Workshop for Professionals is a Signature Shadowcliff Program. As such, you may secure your spot with a $200 deposit ($100 for Local's Tuition). Your balance will be due on August 13th, two weeks before the program begins. You are more than welcome to pay the whole amount now; just choose the right option on the payment form below. Cancellations made before June 15th will receive a full refund. Cancellations made on or after:
June 15th will result in a forfeiture of the $200 deposit;
July 15th will result in a forfeiture of 50% the entire program cost;
August 1st will result in a forfeiture of 100% the entire program cost.
If we are able to fill your spot in the workshop we will happily refund you accordingly. Should Shadowcliff need to cancel this program for any reason, all participants will recieve a full refund.
Shadowcliff lodges have gender-specific shared bathrooms with private showers. All rooms are accessible by stairs. In fact, we have a lot of stairs at Shadowcliff. We recommend packing smaller bags and leaving the lead weights at home. Pets and smoking are not allowed anywhere on our grounds. Candles, incense, and other forms of open flame are not allowed in the lodge rooms. For a full list of policies, please click here.
