This form is for one-off events, such as clinics, tabling, and lessons/clinics. In the past we've gone out to Skate Park openings, city events, festivals, and more!

For ongoing programs, please see our Program Partner Application. Program partners are agencies (Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, etc), Schools (K-12), Parks and Rec Departments, and other entities who are interested in Skate Like a Girl providing ongoing programs at a specific site.
