1. the Albert Heijn protocol for residue control will be implemented according to the indicated time schedule. 2. independent sample takers and auditors are allowed to enter pack houses and fields. The company will offer assistance and guidance to the sample takers and auditors to complete their tasks and will secure their safety. Produce to take samples from will be available as agreed with the independent sample taker. 3. the service provider will be informed by the supplier directly when analysis results of own samples of Albert Heijn produce are exceeding the limits defined by Albert Heijn. This will be done via survey notification system: http://Exceeding-Notification.surveyconsole.com 4. corrective measures will be taken in case audit and/or risk assessment show(s) non conformances 5. laboratory results of independent sampling will be exchanged with Albert Heijn, the service provider and Lab Zeeuws Vlaanderen. 6. results of the Albert Heijn protocol audit will be exchanged with Albert Heijn, service providers and Food Plus. 7. the supplier is responsible for financial consequences of the implementation and maintenance of the protocol (sampling, testing, audit, re-inspection) 8. Albert Heijn, Service Providers, Sample takers, Labs and Certification Bodies auditing the Albert Heijn Protocol are not liable for any damage caused by the implementation of the protocol
