Each home has been assigned one fob access card and may only receive this card when the $20 deposit has been paid. This fob access card allows access to the pool to all registered residents that are in good standing with the HOA as outlined in the community guidelines available on this website. By submitting this form to the HOA, you are attesting that you and all the members of your household have read the community and pool guidelines and will abide by these guidelines at all times. Furthermore, you will inform all residents and guests of your home of these guidelines and will be responsible for their actions at all times when using the McKinley Mill HOA facilities.
