Guest Client Requirements & Information
Thank you for your interest in participating in one of our workshops. Volunteering your time & sharing pertinent feedback will enable our therapists to graduate with greater experience. Therapists travel from all over the country to receive this training. We’re grateful for your participation in their learning experience.
Guest Clients Must:

Hydrate (with water before and after session; minimum of 32 oz within the couple of hours before & after)

Be injury/illness free (no injury or illness within 72 hours of scheduled time)

Have no condition that will affect your ability to lie on table to receive medium to deeper pressure massage therapy for 90 minutes straight.

Arrive on scheduled time (and have patience for our class timing as well)

Consider this scheduled time as a professional massage appointment; reply to text/calls to confirm.

Ethical, moral, and standard massage clientele etiquette is required

Conversation must remain within the professional scope of client-therapist communication

Understand and consent to receive work from a student therapist who is professionally trained in hands-modalities and has received several hours of Ashiatsu training prior to your session.

Remove all garments, undergarments, & jewelry; lie on table prone for approximately 60 minutes & supine for approximately 40 minutes; be draped and moved by student therapist & instructor appropriately as needed.

Give feedback to your student therapist and instructor after the session.
It is imperative to have a stand-by if you are unable to make your scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding of this and will need your assistance if filling your place if you are unable to attend. Please advise us as early as possible is there is any conflict with your set appointment. This portion of the class is mandatory & required for all students to participate, therefore their graduation is directly affected by your participation.
