I understand that if the ground is wet due to rain the chairs may sink into the ground and the rental company will charge a cleaning fee.I understand that the chairs are typically placed the day before and water and tree/nature particles will need cleaned off before guests arrive (the rental company nor Sticks personal do this)I understand that if the chairs remain outside over night then the may get wet or muddy from rain and that the rental company will charge a cleaning fee for this $3+++I understand that I may order post-ceremony after hours pickup of outside chairs to avoid them being left in the elements but there there will be another pickup charge and weekend after hour labor charges. Please email for a quote.I understand that to move ceremony inside Sticks and the rental company would need to know by noon on Friday (For all Friday/Saturday/Sunday weddings). If there is a Holiday on Thursday or Friday then Sticks would need to know by Wednesday in order to clear out the drawing room for the ceremonyI understand that the drawing room is the inside area typically used for ceremonies ($500 rental + any drape/chair charges). You may also, use the atrium for a room flip fee of $800++ (plus any chairs/drape charges)I understand that there is no power outside and that the DJ or other musicians would need to provide their own 150'+ extension cords and draw power from the buildingI understand that the rehearsal will need scheduled 2 months before the wedding to ensure that staff will be available. If a new client wishes to book Sticks the night before the wedding the rehearsal time may need adjusted.I understand that Stick does spray for bugs, however, the property is surrounded by many trees, bushes, and nature. Bugs will be present and you may treat for them on your own in addition to what Sticks provides. Please also provide guests with bug spray and bug repellent wipesI understand that the ceremony grounds must be cleaned after the ceremony (please assign someone to do this). All water bottles, fans, bells, programs, bubbles, tissues, rose petals, etc. should be removed after the ceremony.I understand that the following are prohibited from outdoor (or indoor) ceremonies. Fake rose petals (real may be used but need picked up after), confetti, bird seed, glass beads, plastic beads, silly string, or any other item that you may throw toward the wedding couple.I understand that the rental company may require you to pre-pay the cleaning fee and refund the fee if there is no mud. The rental company can refuse to setup chairs outside if there is mud and a cleaning fee has not been arranged before the wedding. Please note, that the rental companies chairs are wedding white and are not outdoor festival products where mud is part of the wear and tear. Mud on the base of chairs is not part of the rental fee.
