Hawai'i Asia-Pacific Affairs Leadership Program Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the 2022 - 2023 Hawai'i Asia-Pacific Affairs Leadership (APAL) Program cohort. Please submit the following form and all supplementary materials no later than Friday, October 8, 2023 at 11:59pm HST.

The upcoming APAL Program will run from October 2023 to July 2024. Applicants must between the ages of 18 - 30 and be based on Oahu for the duration of the program. Participation in the program is free.
