The Campus Administrative Assistant is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks and is exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs. This person interacts with all levels of internal staff, church attendees, visitors, and external church relationships in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, and remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with internal staff, church attendees, visitors, and external church relationships to coordinate a variety of meetings and events
- Be the primary administrative contact for the Olathe Campus
- Lead volunteer receptionists and volunteer administrative support to assist with duties, events and special projects
- Schedule appointments, baptisms, funerals, weddings and events
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for campus needs
- Handle and distribute general information requests for the campus
- Accept both expected and unexpected office visitors with warmth and importance
- When Campus Pastor leads meetings:
- Prepare agenda in advance
- Arrange and schedule meeting facilities
- Assist with preparation of presentation materials
- Act as recording secretary; prepare action minutes if needed
- Coordinate administrative tasks between departments and campuses
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Research, review and summarize data as needed

Skills/Experience
- Proficient use and experience with Microsoft and Google applications and software
- Strong attention to detail skills to ensure accuracy
- Great relational skills: full of faith, friendly, calm, and professional
- Skilled in researching and finding requested information
