I understand everything Ina creates is custom tailored to the individual and does not copy other tattoo designs

I understand there is a 3 hour minimum for all tattoo projects at $200 an hour.

DRAWING | TATTOO PROCESS: I understand that Drawing|Design is completed in real time and I will not receive a drawing ahead of time. I understand 95% of what Ina creates as tattoos are directly drawn onto the skin with a sharpie marker. This is step 1. She and I will co-create in real time at the first session of the tattoo appointment, custom tailoring the design to my body anatomy and lay out the foundation of the project. Step 2: Once we are both 100% with the design, ( on said body part ), we move forward by tattooing it and committing it to the skin.

I understand for the first tattoo session of a new project I should expect to be there for 3-5 hours ( to include drawing time). Please do not make plans that may rush the process.

I understand the studio accepts Venmo, cash or credit card only. I understand there is a fee attached when I pay with a credit card.

CONSULTATION INFO & DEPOSIT: -Upon submission of this form you will receive an immediate email response with information regarding the next steps to take for the tattoo consultation. -I understand this may be set up in person or via zoom. -The consultation fee is a non-refundable deposit of $100. -This goes towards time, energy and research for your project, making sure all avenues are covered, and that any questions you may have are answered during this time.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING: -I understand all appointments require a deposit and that guarantees me an appointment date and time. -I understand there is a 48 hour cancellation or reschedule window prior to my booked appointment. -I understand that if I cancel or reschedule after the 48 hour window, the deposit is forfeit and I am required to make another deposit to schedule a tattoo appointment.

THE TATTOO PROCESS|WHAT TO EXPECT: I understand I am receiving a large scale tattoo and that my skin is the largest organ of my body. That being said, I understand that a healthy diet, proper hydration, and good nights sleep all play a part of me receiving the best tattoo experience possible.

I understand that large scale tattoos take a lot of energy, and to bring food|water|snacks to stay nourished during my tattoo session. I am also aware that I am welcome and encouraged to bring layers of clothing, as my body temperature fluctuates during a tattoo. If I tend to feel cold or hot I can control the temp of my body to stay comfortable during the tattoo process.

I understand my skin must not be compromised (rash, razor burn, sunburn, peeling, bruises, poison ivy, etc. ) or I will not be able to receive a tattoo. I understand no tanning|swimming|gym or soaking directly after a tattoo. No exceptions.

TIME FRAMES: I understand Ina does not guarantee tattoos to be finished by a certain time. There are too many variables to list that contribute to this and project completion can only be roughly estimated.

I understand that it takes a minimum of 4 weeks for my tattooed skin to get back to pre-tattooed conditions and be fully healed. I also understand that sometimes this takes longer than 4 weeks, as each person is unique in their healing process, and that this skin is not able to be tattooed until fully healed.

PARKING|PARKING GARAGES: I understand not to park in The Teller House parking lot next to the building, or I will get towed! ( Formerly known as The Lancaster Trophy House ) You can park on the street and pay with the Lancaster Parking Authority app, or Prince Street parking garage or Water Street parking garage. You've got options!

Last, but not least, PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE RECEIVING A CUSTOM LARGE SCALE TATTOO. There are many layers to this process. Some of which will be new and unfamiliar as all tattooers create differently. Trust the process...and let's have some fun!
