PARKING: Feel free to park in the driveway your first time to class and we can then alert you to the parking area, if needed, a short 1/2 block away at Deer Hollow Park.

What to Bring: Water bottle, small towel. Bring athlectic shoes for dance and workout dance (barefeet or socks for yoga day). All stretching is done without shoes.

You hereby agree to indemnify and forever release, discharge and acquit TAMJAMS, including Tamara Squires, Brett Hullinger and/or any of their employees, teachers, independent contractors and agents from any and all claims for damages or injuries of any kind, nature or description, resulting from your participation in the Workshop, including, without limitation, you release TAMJAMS, Tamara Squires, Brett Hullinger and/or any of their employees, teachers, independent contractors or agents from any and all claims for any injury or damage caused by or resulting from the negligence of each of them. You acknowledge and agree that certain types of injuries are common and inherent in dance-related activities. This release includes but is not limited to that type of injury. As a participant in the TAMJAMS, Inc. event (Workshop), you hereby grant permission to TAMJAMS, Inc. (TAMJAMS) the use of your image in photos and video for advertising purposes. This release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of TAMJAMS, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. The undersigned has read and agrees to be bound by the provisions of this indemnification and release. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS. TAMJAMS reserves the right to cancel any class/session that does not meet required minimum.
