  • Dance Class Options

    Click on all applicable classes for this particular student. Please fill out separate forms for separate registrants. NOTE: Class has reached full occupancy if "FULL" is noted beside the class name. If you still wish to register for the class to be on a waiting list or consideration of alternate class, please do so.

    Please click the "Submit Form" below. Registrations are being received from July 28 to October 1. If you have not heard back from us within a week of your submission, please feel free to contact us to verify we received your registration.
  • Reminder

    In an attempt to be resilient, DanceWorks is planning for classes to be "in-person", however we are prepared to continue classes by Zoom should the need arise (inclement weather / government restrictions / etc.). We ask our student families to please prepare for this option should it become necessary.
  • What Happens Now?

    Make sure you hit the "submit" button. Once the office has received your submission we send back an email to confirm costs (as discounts may take effect with multiple classes or family members), as well as to confirm payment arrangements. Registration is not confirmed until payment or payment arrangement (with a deposit) is arranged. As some classes do fill up, we will take registrations based on date and time and will notify if classes are full. If possible (pending teacher availability, timing, and facility availability) we will also consider an additional class. Please Note: A final hard copy of your registration is to be signed on or before the first class and is used for receipting purposes.
