Community & Special Events office is open, Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm.
Our team will respond to your request within one week during the fall/winter seasons with an invoice, contract and the General Terms & Conditions.

- All fees are non-refundable, rain, shine, snow, etc.
- Picnic sites are booked "as is".
- A maximum of 100 people are allowed per picnic site.
Gathering sizes and physical distancing measures must adhere to any Provincial regulations in place
- Park benches, picnic tables and other surfaces in the Park are not sanitized
- Help keep our Park clean by bringing in your own garbage/recycling bags and carrying out all garbage/recycling that do not fit in nearby recpticals.
- We cannot guarantee there will be more than 1 - 2 picnic tables on site. Please feel free to bring your own lawn chairs and tables.
- Open fires and BBQs are only allowed at sites 3 - 9. Fires must be contained within the fire pit.
- If you are booked at a fire pit, please bring your own wood. Guests must adhere to firebans and all City of Winnipeg by-laws in place.
- No selling/pre-selling of tickets for private events are allowed at picnic sites.
- There is no power/ electrical outlets at any of our sites.

- The picnic shelter in the Nature Playground and the shelter at the Riley Family Duck Pond are available for the enjoyment of all visitors on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved for private use.
