Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting guests with reservations and booking the reservations into the database. Provide efficient, courteous and quality service to guests according to our company and brand standards. Build group blocks in property management system and route group turnovers to the sales managers. Additional responsibilities to include greeting guests, performing guest transactions, answering the telephone, processing individual reservations, balancing inventory, and taking accurate messages for sales department.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has at 1 year of Hotel Front Desk or Reservations experience. Must possess strong computer skills. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted, and be able to work weekends on an as needed basis.
**This position is full time and will predominately be a Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule, however, due to the fluctuation in business levels, weekend availability will be necessary from time to time.
