What to Expect
After decades of being in the business, Vista understands taking on a new job is a major event in your life. In order to reduce your fear factor and to implement a "try it before you buy it" concept, Vista has a simple plan to encourage a win-win situation for both you and Vista. This plan allows for friendly exit should things not work out for you or Vista.
Once your application and interview is completed, you may be contacted to get started.
STEP 1: Part-Time - You will be assigned maintenance/repair requests (Work Orders) on ternant occupied units. (Tenant must be home before you can enter). This is a simple way for you to get used to Vista and it gives Vista an opportunity to see you in action and measure your results. This may last up to 30 days.
STEP 2: Once you have achieved above average to excellent results, you can be assigned "Tenant Turnover." This is where a tenant has moved out and you will make the unit "rent ready" using our 159 point Rent Ready Checklist.
