  • Event Services Request Form

  • This form is intended for the internal Mount Community to use to request a room for an event on campus.

    Be sure to Visit the EventPro web calendar to check for room availability. Use the Calendar tab for your search. You can refine your search by Location Group and then by Location. (Location Group: McGowan Center | Location: O’Hara Dining Room).

    Please fill out the following information in order to schedule your event. Students requesting a reservation MUST include their Advisor’s name and email address when completing the form. This form must be complete and submitted at least two weeks prior to the date of your event. Someone will follow up with you within two business days after you have submitted this form.

    Parking Needs – If you need to arrange special parking needs for your event, please reach out to Public Safety to confirm your reservation. mountpublicsafety@msmary.edu

    For information on event promotion, please refer to the university's internal events and promotion guidelines.

    If you would like to request that your event be included on the Mount Calendar but you do not need to book event space, please submit a Web Services Request form instead.

  • Adding Events to the Mount Calendar

    Please allow 10 business days for your event to be added to the Mount Calendar. If you need several events added throughout the year, please contact Web Services for more information. Please note, not all events will be added to the calendar. Examples of events that may not be added include but are not limited to information tables, employee-only events or recurring club events.

  • Catering and/or IT requests cannot be made until the event has been confirmed and given a booking number. Coordinators must contact ITSC and/or Catering no less than 10 days prior to the event to make arrangements.

  • Requests made less than 2 weeks before the event cannot be guaranteed accommodations.

    If the location or time requested is unavailable the individual making the request will be contacted at the email address provided above.
