This form is intended for the internal Mount Community to use to request a room for an event on campus.
Be sure to Visit the EventPro web calendar to check for room availability. Use the Calendar tab for your search. You can refine your search by Location Group and then by Location. (Location Group: McGowan Center | Location: O’Hara Dining Room).
Please fill out the following information in order to schedule your event. This form must be complete and submitted at least two weeks prior to the date of your event. Someone will follow up with you within two business days after you have submitted this form.

If you would like to request that your event be included on the Mount Calendar but you do not need to book event space, please submit a Web Services Request form instead.
